WELCOME TO COAST TO COAST FOOTBALL

Boys and girls ages 5 -16, join us for the ultimate fun in NFL Flag Football and our soon to come Tackle football program!

Seasons are 11 weeks long. Guaranteed 10 regular season games an end of season tournament (ALL TEAMS PARTICIPATE).  We are the first NFL Flag League in the Town of Gilbert that offers 2 (Two) Exciting Night Games under the Arizona Stars.  Most teams practice a minimum of twice a week. All games are on Saturdays, in Gilbert, AZ. We encourage players of all abilities. NFL Flag is a well-organized national program emphasizing football education, participation, and sportsmanship. NFL Flag provides a new and exciting recreational opportunity encouraging fun and teamwork through competition!

As with any league, knowing the community’s interest early is important to our planning. Please join our email list now to let us know if you are interested in playing, coaching or volunteering!

NFL FLAG is the premier youth football league for boys and girls ages 5-16. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork. We are an NFL FLAG approved league and sponsored by the Arizona Cardinals. 

Launched in 2007, the Flag Football program educates young people about football while emphasizing the importance of Team participation and sportsmanship. We stress that our players learn through competition the skills and concepts that will be beneficial on the playing field and in their day to day lives.


The teams consists of  5 on 5 flag football games that teaches the basic skills of football running, passing, receiving and defending. Games involve non-contact rules that eliminate all forms of blocking and tackling. The program is played on a NFL Regulation Youth Flag Football playing field where participants may run or pass the ball. Teams start at their 5-yard line and have three downs to move the ball past midfield. Once a team has crossed midfield they receive a new set of three downs to score.
